Because that isn't how prices work here. The number shown is the host's suggestion; you send what you're willing to pay and they say yes, say no, or come back with their own number. The full flow is here.

The offer screen shows the lowest amount it will take for each place, a set way below the suggested price. Within that, treat the suggested price as the host's starting point: a very low offer usually gets a reply asking for more rather than a yes.

A booking is created at the agreed price with your dates and party size, and that amount is set aside from your Tourgenz balance. It starts as requested, becomes confirmed once the host locks it in, and is marked completed after your stay. Everything is paid through Tourgenz, so never send money to anyone outside the platform.

Yes, and it's sensible in peak season. Each offer is independent. Accepting one doesn't withdraw the others, so cancel any you no longer want rather than leaving hosts waiting.

There is no card. You transfer the money into Tourgenz's account and upload the receipt, which is waiting until our team has checked it against the statement. Once received, the amount is in your Tourgenz balance. Booking sets that amount aside, and when the business confirms it comes out of your balance. It is sent to the vendor after your trip. Never send payment to anyone claiming to collect on our behalf.

Open the booking and cancel it yourself. Cancel inside the free window and the whole amount comes back to your Tourgenz balance; after that a percentage is kept by the business and the rest is returned. The booking form states the window and the percentage before you commit.

Yes. Set your party size and the plan is priced for everyone travelling with you, so guides, vehicles and rooms are all quoted for the whole group rather than one person.

It can't. It only picks from what is already on Tourgenz, so every hotel, guide, restaurant and vehicle it names is one you can open and book. It will never make up a place or a business.

No. It writes a day by day plan with an estimated total. Booking is a separate step you take for each thing on it, so nothing is committed on your behalf.

It adds up the asking prices of everything it chose, for your group size and how long you are away. Since you can offer your own price, what you end up paying is usually less, so read it as the most you would pay rather than the figure you will.

Save it as a trip and adjust from there. Swap your picks, change dates, or run the planner again with different answers. Trips you are still building live under My plans, and finished ones under your trips.

No. The globe, search and every page are open. An account is needed to save places, send offers, book, review or use the planner.

Our team can hide a review, and a hidden review stops counting towards the rating too, so the score always matches the reviews you can actually read. Hiding can be undone. The alternative is a rating that quietly disagrees with what is written under it.

Once the booking you made here is marked completed, so a review always stands on a trip that happened. One review per person per listing, and ratings are averages of the reviews you can actually read, nothing else.

Ask us on the support page while signed in, so we know the request came from the account itself, and we will close it so it cannot be used. Your bookings, reviews and payment records are kept where record-keeping requires it.

All seven regions (Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan). Coverage is deliberately spread rather than concentrated on the famous northern valleys.
